I've had Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & AC work on several projects in the past year. This includes an entire first floor kitchen remodel, propane gas install and a remodel of a bathroom shower. The work is always exceptional and very reliable. Highly recommend Basso. If I want my plumbing projects done right and done the first time - I call Steve Basso's team. Thanks to Master Plumbing Expert Jayson and Lauren for their help over the years.

Great experience with Steve and his team! Steve came out promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate on installing a Moen Automatic Water Shutoff valve. Jason & Reis showed up on time for the installation and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Really good company. Expert and highly knowledgeable about AC systems. Great to work with! We were caught mid summer with a failed condenser/compressor. Steve Basso scrambled to find a replacement unit to match our existing system, saving us multiple thousands. Other vendors were quick to provide quotes without doing a thorough assessment which would have resulted in a failed install and substantial additional costs in equip, time and work. Steve Basso also has a strong network of vendors, e.g., electricians, that are also expert and available to support his work.

I can't express how great Steve & his team are! They are reliable, efficient, and polite. They always explain things, go out of their way to be accommodating to your schedule, and do the job correctly the first time! Yesterday, we had a major plumbing issue fixed. In four hours, Steve & his team cut into the street, dug several feet into the ground, replaced the pipe and I could use my plumbing again! Every one was friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up, and the street repair is the best one in the neighborhood (even better than what the city does!) Highly recommend this company!

Their plumber Jamie did an amazing job repairing my mother's kitchen sink faucet and also the supply line. In addition he also cleared the blockage within the bath tub drain line. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and all set. I also love the fact that he's very flexible with the pricing. Overall, me and mom (especially) is very satisfied. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. Most of all, I highly recommend Jamie the plumber.

Basso Plumbing consistently provides fantastic service and timely. Their response time is always quick. We needed to replace our tankless water heater. We signed an estimate on Friday and it was installed the following Tuesday. The team arrived at 8:30am and finished by noon. Very professional and friendly. We have used them for over 15 years now. Highly recommend.

We had to say goodbye to our 50+ year old boiler and replace it with a new HE Gas unit. We collected quotes from several plumbers and decided on Steve Basso for two reasons: Recommended by friends Prior work satisfaction The results have been outstanding. Replaced a rats nest of pipes ins old switches with an organized small footprint Utica HE unit. The Basso workers were clean, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Very happy customers🤗

I had a leak coming from the shower through the ceiling that came on quickly. It was repaired within 24 hours, I can’t say enough good things about how easy it was to work with Lauren and Jason.
